Shipping policy

 

Shipments occur Monday through Thursday. This may vary during holidays.

Our warehouse is located in American Canyon, California. Out-of-state orders expect delivery in 4-8 business days.

All online orders must be received before midnight PST to ship out the following day. Orders placed after midnight PST will go out the next available shipping day.

Our Daily Wines can ship to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, VT, WI.

Unfortunately, if your state is not listed, we cannot legally ship to you directly. Please refer to our Wine Finder to find Our Daily Wines near you. 

We offer flat-rate $15 ground shipping on orders of 6-11 bottles and orders of 12-48 bottles receive complimentary ground shipping, excluding AK and HI. Orders of 1-5 bottles are charged our standard carrier rates. If you would like to order more than 48 bottles (4 cases), please contact us.

If a shipment is damaged or lost during transit it must be reported to us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the appropriate shipping carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for any losses or damages that occur during transit unless we receive notice from you within 60 days of the expected delivery date.

U.S. law requires the signature of an adult over the age of 21 to accept delivery of wine. Please note that shipments will not be left at your door without a valid signature. If no one is available to sign for deliveries during the day, after multiple delivery attempts your shipment will be returned to us as undeliverable. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a $25 restocking fee will be charged. We can also re-ship your package for a $25 fee. Therefore, we recommend the use of a business address to ensure prompt delivery.
