Shipping & Delivery

Our warehouse is located in American Canyon, California and we ship Monday-Thursday. California shipments take an estimated 1-2 days. All out-of-state orders take 4-8 business days.

Currently, we're able to ship to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WI.

Unfortunately, if you do not see your state listed, we cannot legally ship to you. Please use our Store Locator to find Our Daily Wines near you. The other organic wines available on our website are not sold nationally.

Due to the weight of wine, shipping can be somewhat expensive. However, we're doing everything we can to minimize your shipping costs. Therefore, all orders of 6-11 bottles received $15 ground shipping plus orders of 12+ bottles receive complimentary ground shipping. Note, these costs are only available for order in the contiguous U.S. and do not apply to Alaska and Hawaii.

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship internationally.

U.S. law requires the signature of an adult over the age of 21 to accept delivery of wine. Therefore, you, or someone over 21 must be at the shipping address at the time of delivery to receive the shipment. We do recommend shipping to a business address to ensure prompt delivery.

Typically the carrier (UPS or Fedex) will attempt a second delivery, and potentially a third or fourth if arrangements are made to deliver your shipment.

After multiple attempts to deliver the shipment will be returned to us as undeliverable. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a $25 restocking fee may be charged. Should you like us to reship your package, we charge a $25 fee.

Subscriptions

Subscribing to your favorite organic wines is easy! Simply go to the product page of the wine of your choosing, enter the quantity and frequency you would like to receive your wine, and proceed to checkout.

Note, you are able to select multiple wines in a recurring subscription. Create your order with the wines of your choosing by following the same instructions above for each wine, and proceed to checkout. The quantity for each wine can be different, but the frequency should be the same if you would like to receive all wines at the same time. You are welcome to create multiple subscriptions to receive different wines at different times.

We do not have a wine club at this time; however, you are able to subscribe to your favorite wines at the quantity and frequency of your choosing. You're in control and all recurring orders enjoy a 5% savings.

To subscribe, go to a wine detail page and choose the Subscribe & Save option to create your recurring subscription.

Payments & Safety

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.

Returns & Damages

Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase or encounter a damaged wine, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. For more information, please see our Refund Policy.

If a shipment is damaged or lost during transit it must be reported to us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the appropriate shipping carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for any losses or damages that occur during transit unless we receive notice from you within 60 days of the expected delivery date.
