The Practice is rooted in the notion that nature doesn’t hurry. Every year, the vines follow the course of the varying seasons, taking on each shift, each rainstorm, each sunny day, and absorbing those elements into its roots, leaves, and fruit, to deliver a vintage reflecting what Mother Earth has decided, without haste or intervention, to offer in the final bottle. These wines are certified USDA Organic and include no added sulfites or gluten, and are vegan friendly.

This medium bodied red showcases a bold profile of dark fruits including ripe plum and blueberries. A touch of oak offers aromas of vanilla and delivers complex tannins on the palate leading to a long, lingering finish. 

Enjoy with vegetarian or chicken fajitas, polenta ratatouille, or wild mushroom risotto.
